- Unmarried Couples Not Allowed: Our policy does not permit unmarried couples to stay in the rooms. Please ensure that all bookings are made accordingly.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
- Alcohol Not Allowed: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
- Extra Person Charge: An additional charge of ₹999/- will be applied for each extra person staying in the room.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges based on availability.
- Damage to Property: Any damage caused to the property or room will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of check-in or as per the booking policy.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made 24 hours before the check-in time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rooms or premises unless specified otherwise.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for ensuring that their behavior does not disturb other guests and are required to adhere to the house rules during their stay.
